Miller's Sprinter II ENG tripod sprints forward with new spreader!
14 April 2008
The Miller Sprinter II tripod range has been enhanced with the introduction of a new mid-level spreader coupled with a new tripod leg attachment system that prevents accidental damage when collapsing tripods.
The new ergonomically designed mid-level spreader now features in all Sprinter II tripods providing infinite adjustments for the footprint of the tripod to assist in confined spaces or on any terrain. The spreader adjustment knob is now fitted to the top of the spreader hub to improve operation and can be fine-tuned to any position, not limited to preset locking positions.
In conjunction with the new mid-level spreader, Miller has designed a new latch and swivel design (patent-pending) for attaching the spreader to the tripod. All 3 tripod legs can be simultaneously opened out allowing for even faster setups enabling news gatherers to keep up with fast-moving news stories.
