This document contains information on how to claim the bonus cash back and sets out the Terms and Conditions of the promotion. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Who Can Claim

Participation in this promotion is only open to Australian residents, who have an Australian bank account, 18 years of age and over and have purchased an Arrowx during the promotional period.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 9.00am (AEDST) on Monday 13th November, 2017 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDST) on Friday 15th December 2017 (Promotional Period). Claims must be received by the Miller Camera Support Equipment by 11.59pm (AEDST) on Friday 5th January, 2018. Any claims received after this date will be ineligible.

Promotional Offer

Purchase any Miller Arrowx system from a Miller Dealer during the Promotional Period to be eligible to receive the cash back.

This promotional offer is available on all Miller Arrowx Systems.

Cash back on a:

  • Arrowx 7 system is $1,000 per system, plus a warranty extension from 3 years to 5 years valued at $500
  • Arrowx 5 system is $800 per system, plus a warranty extension from 3 years to 5 years valued at $400
  • Arrowx 3 system is $600 per system, plus a warranty extension from 3 years to 5 years valued at $300

Claim Registration

You must register for your claim online www.millertripods.com/en/arrowx-cashback-promotion. Registrations closes at 11:59pm (AEDST) on Friday 5th January, 2018 after which no further claims will be accepted. Claimants must agree to these full Terms & Conditions on the online registration form and supply the information marked as mandatory, including providing proof of purchase.

Cash back paid by way of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only.

Once your claim has been approved, your warranty will be automatically extended by 2 years to 5 years from the date of purchase. Our standard warranty terms and conditions apply. Visit our website www.millertripods.com/en/warranty.

When registering your claim you must supply the following information:

    1. Contact details - customer name (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), email address, daytime contact phone number and state and country of residence. The Promoter accepts NO responsibility for the customer providing incorrect account details.
    2. Serial number(s) of your Qualifying Product(s).
    3. Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating the customer name, date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of Qualifying Products including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges eg warranty costs) and total invoice amount.

You can provide a copy of your proof of purchase by either scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase and email to acctspay@miller.com.au.

  1. Computer - scan your proof of purchase and save as a PDF
  2. Smartphone - take a photo of your proof of purchase from your smartphone and make sure it is in focus & legible.

If your claim is approved you will receive an approval email with a certificate of extended warranty. If you do not receive your payment into your bank account within 45 days from your approval email, please contact the Miller Camera Support promotions team here.

General

This promotional offer is available on all Miller Arrowx systems and only available to Australian residents.

Not valid in conjunction with any other Miller promotion or discount.

All claims are subject to verification by Miller Camera Support Equipment. Miller Camera Support Equipment reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.

Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information by the purchaser disqualifies claim of this offer.

Miller Camera Support Equipment reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the Promotion at its discretion.

Miller Camera Support Equipment decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. Claims are not transferrable or assignable.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) participation in the promotion or use of a gift

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. If for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
